Amman, Jordan – October 18, 2025 – The Latvian Consulate in Jordan participated in the annual Diplomatic Bazaar in Amman, represented by Mr. Khaled Miqdadi, Honorary Consul of Latvia. The event was held under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Basma bint Talal.
The Diplomatic Bazaar, one of the Mabarrat’s key annual fundraising events, brought together members of the diplomatic community to celebrate cultural diversity while supporting a meaningful humanitarian cause. Diplomatic missions contributed traditional products, handicrafts, food, and other cultural offerings from their respective countries.
The Bazaar welcomed visitors from across Jordan, providing an opportunity to discover the traditions, flavors, and cultural heritage of different nations while contributing to a worthy cause. Funds raised through the event support the boys of the Mabarrat, making the gathering both a celebration of international friendship and an important charitable initiative.
The Latvian Consulate was pleased to take part in this year’s Bazaar and contribute to an event that encourages cultural exchange, community engagement, and solidarity.
