Latvian Ambassador Presents Prestigious State Award to Honorary Consul Mr. Khaled Miqdadi

Amman, Jordan – December 2021The Latvian Ambassador to Egypt, H.E. Mr. Ilmārs Breidaks, formally presented Mr. Khaled Miqdadi, Honorary Consul – Republic of Latvia in Amman, Jordan, with the distinguished Medal of the Order of Commander of the Cross during a ceremony held at Mr. Miqdadi’s residence.
The prestigious state award was conferred in recognition of Mr. Miqdadi’s exceptional contributions to fostering bilateral relations between Latvia and Jordan and his dedicated service to the Latvian community in Jordan. His tireless efforts have strengthened diplomatic, cultural, and social ties, enhancing mutual understanding and cooperation between the two nations.
Mr. Miqdadi expressed his deep gratitude for the honor, noting that the recognition reflects not only his personal dedication but also the enduring friendship and collaboration between Latvia and Jordan.
