Amman, Jordan – October 5, 2024 – The Latvian Consulate in Jordan proudly took part in the annual Diplomatic Bazaar in Amman, with the distinguished presence of Mr. Khaled Miqdadi, Honorary Consul of Latvia. The event was held under the patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Basma bint Talal.
The Diplomatic Bazaar is the Mabarrat’s largest fundraising initiative, organized by members of the diplomatic corps who volunteer their time and efforts to showcase products and cuisines from their home countries. The event serves as an opportunity for the international community in Amman to come together in support of a meaningful cause.
Each year, thousands of visitors attend the Bazaar to enjoy the vibrant displays, sample diverse cuisines, and purchase cultural items from around the world. The proceeds directly benefit the boys of the Mabarrat, making the event both festive and impactful.
